About My Research1. Latinas/os in the US. I look into the immigration experience based on the concept of transnationalism in schools and college, mental health, and the educational experience of Latinas/os and their families in the US. I am also interested in the combination of disability and the Latino identity.
2. Bisexuality, especially, on Latinos. This is an aspect within the LGBTQI population that often is overlooked and minimized. 3. Qualitative research methodology theory. This is an area that needs much more work to guide mainly beginner researchers such as doctoral students. Please, take some time to read about them and my blog as well. Thank you, Dr. Gomez |
